MSNBC Mux

Anyone know what happened to this mux on AMC6? It seems to have disappeared.

it comes and goes all the time

give it a few hours and it will come back

Never seen the mux before with zero siqnal quality. Usually, if nothing's on, it'll have a black screen with good signal quality.
