I noticed this yesterday. There was no announcement, but there is was in the guide, along with FoxSports New England HD.
I still wish they would add YES and FSNY to Eastern Connecticut. That would really be the ticket!
Not sure why Western CT get's those stations and Eastern does not, the entire state is claimed by the NY baseball teams, so there is no blackout restriction.
