I just moved to a new house and can not receive UPN 36 in Wichita Kansas on any hdtv or receiver. I am closer to the ant from the station then i was before. All the receivers see signal from the station but show a blank picture. Someone said i might have a multicasting problem. Can some one explain?

Thanks for all your help.

multipath problem.

Is when signals reflect off of things and the signal hits your antenna more than once causing interference. The problem can be reduced by trying a directional antenna that will reject reflected signals. You could also be getting too much signal to the reciever (signal overload) and might have to install an attenuator that allows only a certain level (db) of signal to pass through it. its a pretty cheap, maybe a 10 dollar item at radio shack.

i tried attenuators already. I have a winegard ant in the space above garage. maybe i need to adjust it more. I thought i had it close to what antweb said but maybe i am off.

Thanks

Before I make the upgrade call....

Do local Dishnetwork dealers honor the dishn it up deal?
