When I upgraded to the HD Platinum package, I had one CSR tell me they'd send me a new 211 receiver, not realizing I would need a new dish also. As it turns out, I had to have an installer come out and install all the new equipment, but Dish never cancelled the shipment of the new 211 receiver. I have called them 3 times now to send me a return shipping label so I can return the extra receiver. I have yet to get one. They sure don't care much about getting back their extra receivers, do they? LOL. Has anyone else had this problem? I have read where others here have also received muliple receivers, and was just wondering if they ever got the labels to return them.
