Multiswitch problem

I used an Eagle Aspen non powered 3x4 multiswitch to split a DirecTv Dual LNB for a Hughes DirecTIVO install. At first I had only one line to the TIVO and one line to a RCA receiver. That worked fine, except both receivers had to be turned on to get even and odd polarity channels. I hooked a third line to the 2nd input on the TIVO and both TIVO tuners work fine, now I cant get any signal on the RCA receiver. Any help and/or suggestions are appreciated. Steve

Try using different outputs from the multiswitch. Check for bad cables. The multiswitch may have failed.

Sounds like a bad multiswitch.
You do have both lines from the dish going into the switch, correct?
