I don't think there is a good promo now if you don't want Sunday Ticket. They don't even give you Starz/Showtime for free for 90 days. You may just have to wait.
If you are itchy to switch, go with a cable company . . there are no contracts there , and you can switch again in a few months.
Although your contract might completed, it won't be renewed for accepting a programming promo. It will only be renewed if you upgrade or add receivers.
