It's a network..like ABC...CBS..etc. You will find programs from Monday to Friday on that TP..nothing on weekends.

6-7 color bars
7-9 My Network East
9-10 color bars
10-12 My Network West

The TP is shared by the analog feeds too. So they turn this TP from digital to analog as need be
