My Recordings within DishOnline

Hi All,

I'm having issues watching my recorded programs with DishOnline. I can watch live TV without issue, however whenever I try to watch shows on the DVR is just shows nothing under "My Recordings". Tt does show the DVR is 6% full so it can see it. Anything you suggest I try?

I have a hopper if that plays in to it.

I get this sometimes, I can get it back if you logout of your account and log back on.

Mike, thanks for the quick response. I got back home and was actually going to screenshot it for you and it works all of the sudden. Odd. I travel again Monday so I'll give it a try then. Another question if I may. How do I move PTAT recordings over to "my" portion of the HD from DishOnline so it saves them for longer than 8 days?

From your PTAT folder, select the recording your want to save, press select on the remote. A drop down list should appear. Select SAVE from this drop down list and a copy is saved to your HD. The PTAT copy will remain until 8 days. If you have futher questions, please let me know. Thanks.

Ray, I was actually how to do it while on Dish Online. Can that be done?

This can only be done at your receiver. Online you do not have an options, when creating a timer, to have the recording placed within a folder. Thanks.

couple dish 1000? basic questions

I am replacing my owned 322 with an owned 722. I need to replace my dish 500, but which one? By my research it looks like the dish 1000 is what I need, and it looks like any version (east/west/.2/.4 will work here in MN? Just want to make sure I am on the right track Thanks

What is your dma? Nevermind, just checked for MN, all are on WA and only Minneapolis are on both WA and EA. A 1000.2 or 1000.4 with the WA lnb should do fine.
