IMHO, all the NEW mpeg4 channels looks good when they have true HD programming. Many just arent showing full tim HD and everyone is bitching.

Nip Tuck on FXHD looked great last week, but that was really FX's first showing of any true HD.

Since I have never paid any attention to D* until the past few days, I have no idea which of the channels are mpeg2 or mpeg4.

All the new adds since the sat went up are mpeg4, I do know that.

I'm a new D subscriber also. I came from cable and had never had satellite before. I've been blown away with the PQ. I paid a lot to have digital cable in only one room of the house but the lower numbered channels were not digital and the PQ on those were bad. Unfortunately my locals are not broadcast in HD. I wish I could get the east and west feeds that are HD but I suppose that would be impossible.

As usual a mature response from sir Vurbano. If you haven't realized yet, your opinions on Picture Quality are meaningless and border on the absurd.

It is quite obvious to me and probably the majority on this board that you pull opinions out of your a$$ and present them as fact. I think maybe you should get some help as you are seriously not well.
