There is nothing in that picture that is correct. The solder joints are on the other side of that board. And who fixes a MB like that anyway? She isn't dressed for that kind of work. But the night vision safety goggles should help That's a workbench? where's the ESD protection? She isn't blonde, but a blonde set that picture up. LOL

Hopefully it's not plugged in... Don't see smoke so maybe not. Likely the safest way to solder on a motherboard anyway, cool shades and all!
