When logged into MYDish, I can access all options except "My Programming". The website tosses me back into a login page. This occurs as many times as you want to try. I like others have tried different browsers and different PC's so the problem is account related as not all accounts have this problem. This problem has been there for many months but I took the time to report it to Dish today. To my amazement the tech support person had not heard of this problem and checked to see if there were any open issues on it. Nope-Non could be found! My problem was being referred to their "engineers".
I saw on another thread that this may be related to having a DTV-Pal on the account at one time. If so, there should be many dish customers with this problem. Can anyone from the DIRT Team update us on the status of the fix? Will this fix take care of everyone or will we have to be handled on an individual basis?
