Does any one have an issue with Nasa signal going on and off on 119 W.

Probably because NASA has moved on C band to 87W and Charlie ain't pointed at AMC-3 yet.

maybe Charlie uses 137W since its closer to Wyoming?

I have changed the LNB and now it works fine.
The LNB was intermittent.
