I have an NBA League Pass question. I know that Directv has more NBA games in HD due to the full time RSN's; but for the out of market NBA League Pass Package, are the games not available in HD on Dish Network also not available in HD on Directv? I know that even the NBA advertises it as "select games in HD" and was curious if the same set of games on a given night were SD between the two providers for the out of market fan, even though it might be in HD on the RSN.
