NBA market for Pittsburgh, PA

Last night I was experimenting with the RSNs, and it seems Pittsburgh is part of the Cavs territory. The Cavs game on FoxOH wasn't blacked out and today's game isn't either.

Funny thing is, the LP channel wasn't blacked out either.

All the other RSNs were blacked out.

Can anyone confirm the Cavs are the home team for Pittsburgh?.
