NBC - AMC15 East has shutter today

Anyone getting a shutter on NBC East C-band? Signal 88 Quality 71. 3780H SR30000 V-717, A 751, P517, SID 9.
The rest have no shutter on my Openbox S9.

Yep, this is stuttering here to. Funny, It hasn't been noticed here before. On Ku at 103, one channel in the 11758 mux is also stuttering bad, while the rest are fine. Wonder if they are experimentin' on somethin'(?)

Channel 9 is pretty bad all others are fine. (when broadcasting) Its being a long time I dont see anything on UNIVERSAL

Been that way here for several days. Locks up, runs, studdddders, plays, etc. I like the HD but been so bad I have gone over to the 72 mux. Bummer.
