If you are looking for a Channel Editor for NDF, there is NDFEdit.

I'm looking for a technical document, or a website that explains the format. Something that would aid me in creating my own application to edit NDF files.

... or, if there's an open-source ndf editor, that would be almost (or completely) as good, but I didn't find anything.

Looking at the file, it's certainly reverse engineer-able, but if there's something out there that already breaks it down, I'd prefer that.

Are ndf channel files an industry standard?

Thanks, but I don't want NDFEdit. What I want is the NDF file spec if it's available or any technical information regarding the file format if anyone's already reversed it and published their findings.

it looks like the author of Channel Master (whoever that is) has already broken the format out and used it in their program.

Sorry, I didn't know that archive was from a hacking site. I just aimlessly wander the internet looking for satellite information. As punishment, I have done a master reset on my Pansat 2700A.
