Necessary to Ground all 4 connections?

My oval dish has 2 of the lines grounded and running into my house. If I want to add the other 2 coax lines on the dish, do both of those need to be grounded as well?

It depends on your local code. But, I'd have to say yes. If for nothing else but to protect your equipment.

according to the NEC (National) yes. the risk is minimal but still prevalent.
