Need HDTV in central america. HELP!

Panama city, Panama. pay for full directv and cable. Neither has any hdtv. Found post saying that some people get canadian starchoice signal here. Don't know if that is true or not for me because I'm much further south.

Does anyone know anyway I can get hdtv here?
