Need Help finding signal Quality on G25

Just bought a complete FTA package from Dish pro. It came with 33 inch Fortec dish , a Captive Works 600 reciever and a CW 200L LNB.
Had dish level and plumed - checked 2wice. I getting signal level on my bird dog but ZERO signal quality. I am not sure if my LNB is linear or circular pole.
Can anyone advise on what I am doing wrong?

confirm the lof/h on the lnb

11250 is circular, and therfore the wrong lnb for G25
10750 is standard linear
10600 is a universal linear
