Using Sadouns GREAT web site your motor elevation should be at 40 deg. same as your latitude and the Dish (on motor) elevation should be at 39 deg.

You can use the Sun as a true South indicator. Use a vertical pipe (longer is better) that's plumb. Tie a string to the base of the pipe at ground level to measure the shadow of the pipe, when the shadow is shortest as measured by the string, the string is on a true North-South line.
A decent compass corrected for your local declination can get you within 1 degree.
