Need help identifying this dish and focal length

A friend in Canada is having difficulty determining the focal length of his dish. He wants to use it to receive the NOAA GOES-16 weather satellite which requires a custom built feed.

Here are some photos. Can anyone identify this dish, the F/D ratio, and the focal length? Any help appreciated.

I have one of those dishes. It was converted to a quad leg from a button-hook. Unfortunately they were a generic build and sold under different names. I'm not using it now and have it stored away. It was labeled "Laser C/Ku"
