Seeing he already has dual cables run to the receiver from the 3 dishes the low cost method would be 3 Dish Pro single or dual LNBs with a DP 34 switch.

I don't think 922's or Hoppers will work with DishPro switches. Must be DishProPlus.

Can DishPro Lnb's work with Dish Pro Plus switches?

Yes they can. I have a DP LNB on a dish pointing at 61.5 and feeding into a DPP44 and it works fine.
