Need help with wally receiver issues.

I finally got my receiver installed and activated and I have found satellites 110 and 119. I have complete signal loss now though and when I run diagnostics on the receiver status it says: A- system status error; B-not connected to internet (I have none); and E- satellite signal status- green check marks on both 110 and 119. I have no connection in the other box. I have a brand new Wally receiver and a 1k.2wa dish and switch. When I click on the 2 issues it finds after diagnostics it says no signal on both port 1 and port 2. What exactly is my problem here?

I figured it out. I pushed it out of alignment when I braced the frame to the ground.
