HI. I LIVE IN COLUMBIA SC 29229. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A SMART CARD FROM AND WHAT DIRECTION DO I SET MY DISH:mad: TO GET FTA TV.

Why might I ask do you need a smart card? What receiver are you using to get FTA?
