We also posted this on general satellite forum. We have 6 dealers for DishNetwork alone in our town, one whose sales, ethics, installs, and manner is appalling! We have tried working with executive resolutions, DNS in our state, our Rep for Dish, etc... nothing is working, customers come to us in tears on how they were mistreated, lied too etc... It is all falling on deaf ears, we have even told all those customers to turn him into better business bureau. Does anyone else have any advice for us, to help all these poor people who don't know what they are getting into with this business!! We will take any advice out there!

Call your local TV stations. They love to do stories on local busniness that rip customers off. That would atleast let new customer know not to deal with this company.
