Netflix streaming

I was overjoyed when Dish added Netflix streaming to the menu, but my joy was short lived. When I try to use either channel it is listed on the channel does not come in. I called support and their solution was to go thru the menu. That worked once, but now has the same issue.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?
 
First check to see if your receiver is connected to the internet.I

Next you can Reset Netflix to Defaults to see if this fixes it.
To reset Netflix to Defaults do the following:
1) Hit the Home Button 3 times
2) Select Tools
3) Select Reset to Factory Defaults
4) Select Reset Netflix to Defaults
After doing this you will need to login to Netflix again.
Hopefully this will fix the issue you are having with Netflix.

Nope - did not work....
 
Who is your Internet provider, how is the Hopper connected to the Internet and are you using a router provided by your ISP or are you using your own router?

Is there a logon option on the hopper for a wireless router?... silly but.....

We would love to check some things with you to help get this resolved. What error are you getting when you try accessing Netflix? Or, what does the screen do if no error message displays?

There is no error. The ap will not load - it flashes in and out. And... its a nightmare to get out of the ap because it does not load and flashes on the screen.
