Network Quit Working

Won't connect anymore, getting Reulst Code: 86-600.

Any idea what's going on? I tried reconnecting, looks like things changed in the Network menu.
 
Reset (red button or through the menu) your receivers. It will often reset your network issues.

Tried that, no luck.

I'm set up using HomePlug through the Powerline. Was working fine early last week, and has been for well over a year I think except for the occasional glitches when it gives the "not available" message, but this is a totally different message.

It's an HR22.
 
Ok, finally figured out it wasn't getting a network signal. The special surge protector that has homeplug built in and an ethernet plug seemed to fail. Used another homeplug/wireline adapter straight into the wall, and it's back. I don't like doing that, but short of replacing that surge protector, it's probably my only option.
