New 211 has multicolored bar on right side of local channel screens

I installed a new 211 receiver yesterday, and last night two of the Denver local channels over the satellite had a multicolored bar on the right side of the screen. It occupies about 1/5th of the screen, this is in HD mode. I never have seen it before in all the different receiver models I have owned.

Any ideas as to what the problem is? I did not have time to call DISH as I watched the NBA Finals that mercifully have ended for the Cleveland fans.
