New change on KQDF-LD, and minor updates on KRTN-CA

KQDF-LD, now showing Shop HQ, in bad aspects ratio letterbox and pillerboxed 4:3, 480I on 25.2, unknown Spanish religious TV network on 25.3 from looks of internet video streaming also letterbox and powerhouses as well too also in 480I, 4:3.

As for KRTN-CD, ME-TV, is not in HD showing 480I WS 16:9, which is a shame.

So far nothing exciting to say at least.

Finally got Spanish TV Network's ID it's called Majestade.

Strange name for a Spanish TV network.

Majestad = Majesty in English. If Jesus is a "king" as I've heard described then it doesn't seem like such a leap.
