New Customer, Philly - what birds to hit?

I am looking to go with dish for everything. SD and HD. I'd like only one dish. I live in Philly. Am I able to go with 110, 119, 129 or do I need the eastern arc set up?

I know that there was a lot of activity today on 129. Is 129 the future of hd or is it still 61.5?

Can the 722 record two ota at once? if so I'm not so worried about dish locals on 61.5

Or should I just stay on eastern arc. Will I get all the hd available from it?

In Philly, EA should do it. If you want two OTA at the same time, you need to wait for the 722k model due out later this month. Also note that Dish will only have ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox in HD, none of the other local channels are carried in HD by Dish.
