No, VOOM has Film Fest, which is not necessarily limited to the smaller festival type movies.

Is this HD? Saw it last night but was blank so assumed it was connected to the internet-based On-demand which I can't do as I have Wildblue satellite internet which puts a cap on monthly download of 7.5 gb.

I sure hope it's not internet based.
