New feature on directv.com website

If only they would add the ability to remove a box from your account. I understand that they don't allow this because someone can remove their primary box and screw everything up to bits but why is it that hard to allow customers to remove a secondary box but not the primary. That is a feature that should be added at least for secondary boxes. I've upgraded my boxes over three times and had to wait on hold for at least 15 minutes each to just remove a box from the account but I could activate my new box online in just seconds.
