Usually everything is up by 11:30 pm est, but check in the threads to make sure.
The SW doesn't hit all the recvrs at the same time either.

I meant h20 sorry. It hasn't downloaded or received the update yet but my h24 has

Correct. The H20 is the only Directv branded box that will not be getting the new hd gui. Apparently it doesn't have the hardware to support it.

Sucks I tried to get directv to allow me to upgrade it but they wanted to charge me $99 plus $19 shipping

you must have missed the free upgrade promo period? maybe you can claim you need 3D compatibility and get them to upgrade you?

If it's an H20-600, you could tell them it's running really hot. They had heat issues that got many of them replaced.
