New Hopper Problem/for me.

I got a new AVR-X4000. While setting it up. I unplugged my Hopper. About two hours later I checked the DVR recording to see what to watch and everything was gone except the recordings in progress. PTAT and standard recordings. Nothing in the restore folder? Any thoughts?

Is the harddrive percentage still full?

No, was at 23% now at 4%.

Try resetting factory defaults as a final attempt. I've seen this fixed with factory details a few times.
