New Install + Pin Problems

I just had my service activated and it downloaded version 7.33 on both receivers that I have. On one box, it will no longer let me go into the settings menu as it has a lock next to it and wants me to input my 4 digit code. I never set a password. The other receiver does not have this problem and I can go into the settings and change them as I wish.

Any ideas??
 
Try "0000". If this doesn't work, call VOOM and ask them to reset the PIN. They have procedures for that. If they won't be able to fix it for you, send me a PM with your info. I'll pass it to VOOM engineers. They will help for sure.
 
0000 worked!! I was then able to enter the parental control section and delete the controls. Thanks!!

Any idea why this only happened on one of my receivers and not both?
