I'm considering getting DISH installed. I would be ordering directly from Dish. As I was going through the ordering process there were some unresolved questions:
1) Could the installer use the current mount for my Direct TV dish? It is the 3-LNB type.
2) Customer service was unsure and say that I may have to pay a fee 'starting at' $59 to the installer to remove it. She said she could provide no guarantees on the amount of the fee or if there would be a fee at all. Which is it? She also said the fee must be paid directly to the installer....
