New Problems with frame by frame advance +

Has anyone else had issues where 30 sec skip fwd and 20 sec skip back doesn't work. Plus, pausing a program in order to advance frame by frame doesn't work at all whether you're watching a broadcast or a DVR. This just began recently.

Is this a Hopper 3? What software version?

new glitchs were introduce in 350, I know on my joey4k skip show 1minute for 1 push( it actual show 30s then 1m really fast), but on h3 it show 30seconds

I've seen that as well on my Joey 3's .. On 350 myself

But what I am talking about is occasionally pressing skip states on screen 30 secs but it doesn't skip at all or just a couple secs. And pausing then waiting for the time bar to close followed by pressing skip USED to go 1 frame per press. Now it does nothing, it stays on same frame I paused on. This is a hard failure.
