It looks like it would be a good way to share the PS4 with another TV.

I already had a Playstation TV... It was their TV which did 3D. The picture on it was nice and the 3D was good, but the quality sucked as the built in power supply died and they wanted more then what the TV cost originally to repair it.

Yeah we have one of those in our sons room. This is more like a Vita in a roku form factor, allowing you to play vita games and remote play your ps4.
