New to Dish and disappointed

OK I nixed my order for dish.

No it wasn't based solely on the outsourcing issue but that was a factor.

No locals in HD in my area(on outer fringe and antenna is marginal)
Need for Two dishes
Outsource policy.

To each their own but I signed for Direct TV. Cost a little more out of pocket but I actually got a better monthly rate so in the end its a wash cost-wise and I don't have to deal with above issues.

Guess I need to sign up for diversity training this week.:hatsoff:

So, if Direct opens a call center outside the US during your 2 year commitment, will you cancel their service because they decided to outsource?
