What RG6 cabling (number of lines) and DP switches (if any) are required to run one TV set off of a Dish Receiver 322 hooked to a Dish 1000.2 antenna?? Any special set up procedure required.

no switches needed.
You just run a cable from the Dish to the DP Seperator that came with the receiver, and connect the two lines from the seperator to the receiver. Then connect your Tv to the receiver.
