Newbie question - what lnb do I need for FTA

I'm looking to get an FTA setup.

If I get a 30" dish with one "standard" KU LNB & a motor, does that have the capability to pick up FTA programming on the dbs satellites such as 61.5, 110, 119, or would I need to mount two lnb's on this 30" dish (one KU lnb and one dish style lnb). My goal is to one have one dish to be able to scan to any satellite position without mounting another post in the yard. Thanks.

What specific programming from those birds are you looking for?

There isnt much free stuff on 61.5, 110, 119. Here is a list

But you can do it one of two ways
-The invacom quad (QPH-031) will do both Circular & Linear polarities. SO you need one LNB
-or for the cheaper route, ziptie (hoseclamp) a DBS LNB next to a Ku band LNB
