Which Sat has the best news feeds? Is it best to get them through USALS? or go through and tweak each TP and do a regular blind scan? Thanks!

All the ones PSB said plus AMC 5. I like IA 6 the best because you have Newspath fulltime. I doubt tuning individual TPs all the time would really be worth it. You have to "average it out" for each bird considering what interests you the most. For example, I have IA 6 fine-tuned with 1.2 for Newspath and let everything else fall into place. Seems to work pretty well.
