NFL 2026-2027 Season

Ravens cut QB Diego Pavia. Didn't even make it to camp as Skylar Thompson and UDFA Joe Fagnano compete for QB3. Rookies report to camp tomorrow.

Ravens needed to make room for a free agent signing.

Football is finally back Thursday Night! Toward the end of last year I started using AI to make a nice schedule of all the College Football & NFL games that week, along with their TV channels and SiriusXM channel information.

Attached is the schedule for the Hall of Fame Week game. I can post these every week since I generate them anyway if some find them useful.

Sounds useful to me but, when I try to get it I can't get it to download. Ideas?

So glad to see football again! On Thursday night, even though it is preseason, it will be good to flip on NBC and see football again. Every week from now until President's Day there will be at least one NFL or College football game. Ok, maybe not the Pro Bowl, but still close enough.

Guess i will get on a computer to get it. On Android, can't get it to work.
Try this version. It may work better for phones.

Pats coming to Cleveland in preseason. $100 for the inner-bowl. $60 for front row of the top section. Having a hard time pulling the trigger on that.

Last time I saw the Patriots in person was when they lost to the Browns (in Cleveland) in 2000, Bledsoe was the QB.
Which is why I'm watching Stamps and Argo's game on CFL+. 😁

Getting older. Haven't been to a CFL game is nearly as long. I went to three Labor Day classics between the Argos and TiCats too long ago.

Redblacks and RoughRiders on CBSSN tonight for USA viewers

Does it really matter as long as the games aren't on a conventional workday or interfere with college games?
It doesn't matter when ... they start dropping the price of the packages that those games are leaving.

Sunday Ticket should be no more than $300 EVER, with all the games Not on it anymore.

Or, Finally sell games to your teams for a reasonable price for the Season.

Your debating on paying $60 vs $ 100 for PRESEASON ?
I'm not sure if I'd do that for an IN Season game

Pats will beat the Browns by 14 points at the very least ... Browns will be lucky to score 14 points . (In real games that is)

As usual, this doesn't make any sense. The value proposition of NFLST is always variable based on the number of prime time games your team plays (for single-team viewers) and any that have been lost otherwise are a small fraction of the total inventory, which wouldn't have a material impact on the overall price even if it were priced or valued on a per game basis.

Hard enough living in a State and District with all the campaigning on-going. Don't need a Sanders v Watson war too! Which guy should the new head coach choose to lead Cleveland to at best a 8-9 record?

It sounds like the coaching staff has selected Watson. I was surprised that Watson was even showing up. I'm not upset with Watson, his health however... makes him the Glass Joe of NFL QBs. There is so much anger in Cleveland against Watson, which I find poorly placed. The Browns signed him... while injured. These are also the same people that were certain Watson was going to get Cleveland a Super Bowl. That was a risk in its own right. Meanwhile, it seems like Sanders has a relatively level head on his shoulders, but he has cult following that doesn't quite put Heaven's Gate to shame, but certainly in competition. And all for what? The Browns' best defensive player ever isn't a Brown now and I'm not aware of much else in build out that is to look forward to.

Now the new coaching might hit the road running and do well. That'd be great. But an 8-9 season seems to be the ceiling at the moment, so who is QB may not matter as much. Granted, Watson certainly isn't the future of Cleveland at this point. The trade was several years ago now, and he clearly isn't long for a Brady or Rodgers length career. So that leaves Sanders... and apparently the 2027 college draft. Oi! It is going to be a long season in NE Ohio. Glad I'm a transplant and have the Patriots to look forward to. Hoping for a 10-7 or 11-6 season (which I think would be an upgrade from last year due to their schedule last season being against Italian Third Tier Football Clubs).

RIP Pro Bowl. Not sure the last time I watched it, good riddance.

BREAKING: The NFL Pro Bowl is being eliminated. On Wednesday, league executives presented to team owners the future of the Pro Bowl, which will no longer have a standalone game — be it tackle or flag football — or games.Eighty-eight players will receive the Pro Bowl honor with no alternates, corralling a key aspect of the all-star event that had gotten out of whack in recent years.
