Will any of the satellites broadcast NFL?

The short answer is yes, BUT, most of the ones that are can usually be found on OTA broadcast channels, ie, Big Fox, NBC and CBS.

You might get a more "in depth" answer in the "What's Up There" section as it's not a good idea to give out too much info in an open forum. WUT is for members only and can't be indexed by search engines.

Even if the games aired on networks, you usually get several games that aren't available in your DMA. Plus, the Canadian stations are a bonus as they show games that often aren't on US networks.
