Nick Jr. stuttering

Is anyone else having this issue? Goes a few then stutters.. then ok for a bit.. stutters.. not on other channels though.. issue with that transponder or with the actual feed they are getting?

Same here.Yo Gabba Gabba is stuttering.

I would say the transponder has more than one feed on it so that would lead me the think its that feed specifically.

I was beginning to wonder if it's a sun caused issue but I've only noticed it on Nick. The strange thing is that it only seems to happen in the early-mid afternoon.
