What were you getting with your old LNB?
Does your feedhorn have the little blue box on it for polarity?
I really think we need to get back to basics here. You are not answering some of the previous questions completely and that does not allow us to help you to our full potential.

I know you're frustrated with this, but Inno and others are right, Back to Basics.
When ever I'm setting up a dish for the first time I look for analogue channels, there are a few out there.
I use G4-16 (Shepherd's Chapel) (Galaxy 16 at 99.0°W)
Remember, with analogue it doesn't matter what satellite your 4DTV is on - analogue is analogue, just pick channel 16 (transponder) and move the dish.
Also, remember, if you think you see a picture coming in, but it doesn't, your polarity could be reversed.
