no dove tv on AMC 4

HI ALL
i can not get dove tv on amc -4 101 west it is black screen.
can some body check this out , do i need a new reciever or lnbf.i get all
others channels put not this one

I thought I knock my plate out of position when I lost DOVE TV so I paid a satellite tech $60 to come out and fix it and nothing was wrong. Any idea what is going on with Dove TV? I can't even get ahold of them via telephone or email.
