I am running the Dish App on my iPad mini. I have the Hopper with 3 Joey hookup. Up until a few weeks ago everything has worked great.

Recently when I use the app the screen freezes and then a message appears on the iPad that says "No Internet Connection." The screen goes black and then restarts... The issue is not an internet issue because the Hopper never loses connectivity to my wifi while this is happening.....

Is anyone having this issue and if so, how do you fix it? Thanks for your help

Is the issue only on the app or have you noticed the issue on a computer at DISHAnywhere.com as well?
I replaced my Hopper the day before Thanksgiving and while my phone app works, the website now shows "no compatible receivers".

The Advanced Broadband guy I talked to at Dish finally said it was a known issue and should be fixed by Friday.

True?

The estimate fix for the update that corrects this was today. Please let me know if you're still having an issue.
