No Local Channels in guide

I can't get my local channels on my R22-100. They are not on the guide and I can't even tune to it by typing in the number either.

I just did a CE Software Update also

How can I fix this??

A friend...

had this problem a couple of weeks ago. Locals nowhere to be found. She called customer service. They told her that her receivers had to be reauthorized...click, click...problem solved.

She also has h21s!

You can also send down reauthorization using the support page on directv.com, under error 721.
