No reception whatsoever. New Wally installation.

I just bought a new Wally and am trying to finish the testing installation phase. I have finally found satallite 129 but no matter what I do it will not find 119 or 110. I have zero obstructions, am using dish 1000.2. On the TV screen it says switch dpp 1k2 and reception is verified but will not go past 5 minutes of the installation. I have set and reset the skew, elevation and azimuth even tho 2 apps say different things from the dish site. I am at my rv so dish apparently cant send a tech out for some reason and buying a new rv sat is out of the question also.

With a miracle I finally got it. I drove by some other rvs and looked at theirs and in a last ditch effort just grabbed my dish and pulled it almost as high as it would go and turned it in the same general direction and bam! Got both 119 and 110 lmao!! It is very far off from where it says I should be according to my zip code but after 3 days of fooling with it, I'm DONE.

I have had many similar problems with mine. Are you using a tailgator, or a dish on a tripod? I've had better luck with the dish. I have both .
